The box (1) has a bottom wall (2) extended by side walls (3a, 3c), and a rectangular lid (4) coming against the side walls to close the box. An open housing (5) is provided for retaining a product, so as to accommodate the product in the closed box, where the open housing is secured to the lid. The open housing maintains the product in place within the box, where the lid is free with respect to the side walls. Two external edges are fixed on inner faces of the side walls, respectively, where the external edges are formed by strips (10, 11).
