METHOD FOR PRODUCING ARTIFICIAL GRANULE FROM ORGANIC AND INORGANIC SLUDGE AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for the artificial granule soils of inorganic and organic sludge and a manufacturing apparatus thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for the artificial granule soils of inorganic and organic sludge with improved stability about external environmental since a moisture absorption amount is low, and to a manufacturing apparatus thereof. The manufacturing method for artificial granule soils comprises: a step of manufacturing a sludge mixture by inserting 5-20 wt% of recycled aggregates with an average diameter of 8 mm or less based on the weight of sludge into the sludge with 70-80 wt% of moisture content and performing mixing milling; a step of inserting 5-25 wt% of a mixed additive consisting of 70-95 wt% of an inorganic solidification agent, 3-15 wt% of magnesium and 3-15 wt% of a pH neutralizing agent based on the sludge mixture into the manufactured sludge mixture; a step of adding 2-10 wt% of red clay for moisture content and chromaticity control based on the sludge mixture; a step of forming a soil precursor by vacuum-mixing the sludge mixture in which the mixed additive and red clay are mixed and extruding the sludge mixture with high pressure; a step of inserting a soil precursor cut in the extruding process into a kiln dryer; and a step of forming the soil precursor into a granule shape by drying the soil precursor in a dryer at a temperature of 100-350°C.
