The present invention relates to an oyster separator for separating hoisted oyster bundles into individual oysters using rotary powder and multiple wings of an oyster washer. The oyster separator comprises: an oyster washer including a rotary drum and washing hoisted oysters; and an oyster separating unit which has one or more protruding wings combined with a fixed shaft having a particular length in order to be disposed in an internal space in a longitudinal direction of the rotary drum so that oyster bundles which are washed and treated in the oyster washer are separated. The oyster bundles can be stably separated without excessive labor force and labor time of a worker. Separate manpower for separating oyster bundles is not needed so that time and costs for managing a work place can be reduced. The quantity of broken oysters is reduced so that poor quality oysters are also reduced. The oyster separator is installed in an oyster washer and separation is continuously performed without other electric power means so that work efficiency can be maximized without separate environmental restrictions. When simple problems occur, maintenance and repair by a user is facilitated.
