The device has a rigid plate or blade (1) made from metal, where form, volume and contour of the plate or blade are adapted to codes existing in embossing of relief surfaces of luggage of passengers. Pull knobs are placed on a surface of the device, and a fixing unit is connected to the pull knobs. Flexible shoes are made from PVC, and compensate irregularities at a shell of the luggage, where the push knobs are locked with a lock provided with PIN numbers (7). Pins or clips are formed according to types of the luggage, and comprise a slide.
