The present invention relates to an electronic money payment technology. The electronic money payment method performed by an electronic money payment server includes the steps of receiving, by the electronic money payment server, a payment request for a product based on a transaction amount of the product acquired in offline through a near field communications payment terminal and payment details including electronic money information; and deducting the payment amount from the electronic money by performing electronic money payment in the near field communications payment terminal through authentication for validation of the electronic money, thereby paying the electronic money through the mobile terminal of a near field communications (NFC) manner which does not have a purchase secure application module (PSAM) authentication module.
