METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A CULVET STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a concrete culvert structure using a corrugated hollow closed cut-off plate, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a urethane mold for insertion which has a shape corresponding to a concave part to install a corrugated hollow closed cut-off plate on a connected section of first and second concrete culvert units; injecting and curing concrete mortar into a mold for the concrete culvert unit which has the urethane mold therein and molding the first and second concrete culvert units through separation of the urethane mold for insertion; carrying out bed excavation and foundation ground work in the site where the first and second concrete culvert units are assembled and installed; mounting a sealing spacer along the connected section of one of the first and second concrete culvert units; closing the corrugated hollow closed cut-off plate to the concave parts of the first and second concrete culvert units in a ring form; inserting a tendon into a steel wire passing hole formed in the longitudinal direction of the first and second concrete culvert units and mounting the tendon by a bidirectional mounting device, and straining the tendon by the bidirectional mounting device to reinforce and connect the first and second concrete culvert units; and filling the concave part with a grout material through a single grout material injection path communicated with the concave part.
