The present invention relates to a non-stepped transmission for a bicycle and, more specifically, to a non-stepped transmission device capable of enhancing driving performance, riding quality and efficiency by continuously altering change gear ratio in a predetermined range while driving. The non-stepped transmission for a bicycle includes: a crankshaft (1) installed inside a crank housing (A1) integrated with a frame (A) of the bicycle; a clutch outer wheel (2); a sub plate (3) a drum brake (4); a main disk (5); a moving body (6); a variable sprocket (7); and a crank (8). Thereby, the structure is simple and the volume is small, while the weight is lightened, to enable a user to continuously change the change gear ratio during the drive. Moreover, noise or impact generated during the gear change can be minimized to enhance the driving performance and riding quality, and power loss can be prevented to enhance the efficiency of the drive.
