<p>A method for the preparation of zeolites from non-fused fly ash includes the steps of preparing an aqueous alkali hydroxyl solution and mixing the solution with the non-fused fly ash to create an aqueous alkali hydroxyl fly ash mixture, subjecting the mixture to ultrasonication and recovering the zeolites. The method may include the step of centrifuging the aqueous alkali hydroxyl fly ash mixture and washing the solid synthetic products (zeolites).</p> |
