PURPOSE: A synthesis method of goshuyuamide II and wuchuyuamide II is provided to simply synthesize goshuyuamide II and wuchuyuamide II which are a natural compound with excellent biological activity, and to variously apply the compounds. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of goshuyuamide II of chemical formula 3 comprises the steps of: reacting isatoic anhydride of chemical formula 1 with tryptamine of chemical formula 2; mixing the reacted product with triphosgene and a base; mixing with an amino protection group and a base to protect amine of an indole ring; and mixing with methyl iodide and a base for methylation of a nitrogen atom of the quinazoline ring. A synthesis method of wuchuyuamide II of chemical formula 4 comprises the steps of: reacting isatoic anhydride of chemical formula 1 with tryptamine of chemical formula 2; mixing with triphosgene and a base; mixing with an amino protection group and a base to protect amine of indole ring; mixing methyl iodide and a base for methylation of a nitrogen atom of the quinazoline ring; adding acid and oxidizing the indole ring. |
