The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a steamed bun which comprises the steps of: (a) producing wheat flour dough to be used for manufacturing the steamed bun; (b) mixing the wheat flour dough obtained in step (a) with a ground product or an extract of mugwort, garlic, and jujubes; (c) molding a half-made product of the steamed bun by putting sweet red bean paste, as a stuffing material, in a mixture obtained in step (b); (d) aging the half-made product of the steamed bun obtained in step (c); and (e) steaming the half-made product of the steam bun aged in step (d). |
