A journal unit design method of workroll having excellent fatigue properties is introduced. To achieve this, the present invention relates to a journal unit design method of workroll having the excellent fatigue properties comprising a first step for designing a safety factor by considering the material of the workroll and the repeat operation condition of the workroll (S10); a second step for calculating equivalent stress generated in the journal unit of the workroll by considering the maximum stress generated in the workroll (S20); and a third step for designing the workroll journal unit using the equivalent stress generated in the journal unit of the workroll and the workroll safety factor. |
