The present invention relates to an organosiloxane represented by empirical formula 1 and containing an organic functional group, a polyether group and an alkoxy group in one molecule. Y is an organic group including at least one selected from a mercapto group, an epoxy group, a (meth)acryloxy group, an alkenyl group and an amino group, Z is an organic group including a polyether group, R^1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group not including an aliphatic unsaturated bond, R^2 is an alkyl group, a, b, c, d, and e are numbers satisfying 0.01 <= a < 1, 0.01 <= b < 1, 0 <= c < 1, 0.1 <= d <= 2, 0 <= e <= 1, 0.1 <= d+e <= 2 and 1 < a+b+c+d+e <= 3. The alkoxysilane of the present invention includes the organic functional group, the polyether group and the alkoxy group in a molecule, and the number of each group may be controlled freely. Thus, compatibility of the organosiloxane with an organic resin may be improved, and the control of the affinity with the surface of an inorganic base may be possible. |
