The alkoxysilane of the present invention includes the organic functional group, the polyether group and the alkoxy group in a molecule, and the number of each group may be controlled freely. Thus, compatibility of the organosiloxane with an organic resin may be improved, and the control of the affinity with the surface of an inorganic base may be possible.
