<p>A method of generating an analysed call record comprising the steps of: providing control plane information identifying a plurality of terminations established at a gateway involved in the call; providing user plane information related to terminations used in the call; providing user plane measurement data being associated with respective terminations; analysing the user plane measurement data in order to produce respective quality indications for respective ones of the plurality of terminations; generating enhanced user plane information incorporating the respective quality indications; and associating together the control plane information and the enhanced termination reports.</p> |
