The present invention relates to a composition for boots with improved mechanical strength and boots using the same and more specifically, to a composition for boots with improved mechanical strength capable of applying the polyvinyl chloride to safety boots which high property of matter is required, etc. by remarkably improving the mechanical strength, through mixing silica which a metal organic coupling agent is supported, thermoplastic polyurethanes, poly lactic acid and an olefin group copolymer, in order to improve mechanical strength, with a substrate which two or more kinds of polyvinyl chloride having a difference in a degree of polymerization is mixed, and to boots using the same. |
