The machine has a ferromagnetic polygonal toroid (10) and an inductive element comprising a permanent magnet and a magnetization device (12) inducing a uniform normal magnetic field on a silicon surface of a toroid segment. The inductive element includes a local ferromagnetic connector (14) channeling an induction flow through another silicon surface of the toroid segment different from an induced surface. A winding (13) of an armature and a winding of an inductor are fed in a series manner by a same direct current source.
