A blocking element (11) is arranged in front of the main light source, so as to block a portion of the primary light rays. The blocking element includes an organic LED (11A) to emit secondary light rays (R2) participating in a lighting and/or signaling regulatory function. The blocking element includes a reflective rear face directed towards the main light source, and a front face (14) opposed to the rear face. An independent claim is also included for a lighting and/or signaling device.
