PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element which reduces VF of the light emitting element to improve its luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: The light emitting element comprises: a light emitting structure having a conductive substrate; a first electrode layer arranged on the conductive substrate; a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer arranged on the first electrode layer; and an active layer positioned between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer; and a second electrode layer electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The first electrode layer comprises: a metal electrode layer arranged on the conductive substrate; a transparent electrode layer arranged on the metal electrode layer; and contact parts extending from the metal electrode layer, passing through the transparent electrode layer and coming into contact with the light emitting structure. A plurality of contact parts are arranged away from each other. |
