<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost installation surface structure for a photovoltaic power generation panel, less in restriction accompanied by setting, having a high reflection efficiency and capable of suppressing heat storage properties in a peripheral atmosphere.SOLUTION: An installation surface structure for a photovoltaic power generation panel is an installation surface structure for fixing a support member to which a double-sided light receiving photovoltaic power generation panel 1 is fixed, disposed behind the photovoltaic power generation panel 1 while facing the incident direction of light, and has a film layer 4 on a surface thereof, the film layer including spherical inorganic particles 3 which contain metal oxide particles, have a particle size from 0.1μm to 1.0μm, and are bonded each other.</p> |
