PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a resin floor plate to be manufactured at a low processing cost without deterioration in mechanical physical properties by setting frictional resistance of a top surface of the resin floor plate high to improve nonslip properties. ! SOLUTION: A resin floor plate is formed by the following steps of: melting and extruding a thermoplastic resin like a plate from an extruder; uniformly spraying chips, which are formed by crushing a rubber elastic material by a crusher, on a top surface of the extruded plate material; transferring the plate material while receiving it by a polishing roll 5 and sandwich-pressing it; subsequently forming a plurality of through-hols by a punching machine; and cutting a periphery in a proper size. !
