Provided are a sense radiation resistant resin composition which supplies a cured film with outstanding transparency and inhibits excessive dissolution of an exposed portion during a development processing after exposure, and an insulation film made from the sense radiation resistant resin composition, and a display device including the insulation film. An alkali-soluble resin (A) consists of a copolymer including an unit (a1) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unit (a2) derived from an unsaturated compound containing an alicyclic structure without an epoxy-group; a photopolymerizable compound (B); and a photopolymerization initiator including an oximester compound in a certain structure are mixed.
