PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support to efficiently create a reply mail.SOLUTION: When acquiring an instruction of creating a reply mail to a mail, a mail processing unit 40 generates a screen (a reply mail creation screen) including a text of the mail (quotation), and causes a client 20 to display the reply mail creation screen, and generates a screen having a response sentence area added to the reply mail creation screen and causes the client 20 to display it when a part of the quotation is selected on the displayed reply mail creation screen. The mail processing unit 40 then generates a reply mail creation screen including the part of the quotation selected and contents input in the response sentence area and causes the client 20 to display it. |
