PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and an image processing program capable of improving efficiency of processing.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: an image reading unit that reads image data with multiple values in a band line unit; a first line memory control unit that controls writing of a pixel value of each plane for one line of the image data to a line memory that stores the pixel value, and reading of the pixel value of an encoding object pixel from the line memory; an encoding processing unit that encodes the pixel value of the encoding object pixel corresponding to each plane in a line unit according to the reading order of the pixel value by the first line memory control unit; and a code writing unit that writes code data encoded by the encoding processing unit. |
