The packet receiving unit (2020) receives a packet which is transmitted by a transmission device (4000). The transmission device information acquisition unit (2040) acquires from the information provision device (3000) the communication device information corresponding to the transmission device (4000) which is the transmission source of the packet which the packet receiving unit (2020) receives.
