摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a magnetic coupling apparatus for connecting a driving shaft and a driven shaft, which have the same central axis, by means of magnetic coupling to transfer power. The coupling apparatus comprises: a first hub; a first permanent-magnet installing member; a plurality of first permanent magnets; a first advance-and-retreat controlling member; a second hub; a second permanent-magnet installing member; a plurality of second permanent magnets; and a second advance-and-retreat controlling member, wherein the first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets are magnetically coupled so that the driving shaft and the driven shaft are connected to each other. The first hub has a plurality of permanent-magnet receiving holes which are coaxial with respect to the driving shaft and are at a certain division angle from the center; and a boss part connected to the driving shaft and protruding toward the axial direction from the center. The first permanent-magnet installing member has a boss through-hole, through which the boss part of the first hub passes, formed at the center; and a plurality of permanent-magnet fixing grooves formed on the front surface so as to correspond to the permanent-magnet receiving holes of the first hub. The plurality of first permanent magnets are fixed in the respective fixing grooves of the first permanent-magnet installing member and arranged such that neighboring magnetic poles have different polarities, and when the plurality of first permanent magnets are inserted into the respective plurality of permanent-magnet receiving holes of the first hub, the plurality of first permanent magnets maintain constant intervals from the plurality of permanent-magnet receiving holes of the first hub. The first advance-and-retreat controlling member moves forward the first permanent-magnet installing member allowing the first permanent magnets, fixed in the fixing grooves of the first permanent-magnet installing member, to be inserted into the respective corresponding permanent-magnet receiving holes of the first hub and to maintain constant intervals. The second hub has a plurality of permanent-magnet receiving holes which are coaxial with respect to the driven shaft and are at a certain division angle from the center, and a boss part connected to the driven shaft and protruding toward the axial direction from the center. The second permanent-magnet installing member has a boss through-hole, through which the boss part of the second hub passes, formed at the center. and a plurality of permanent-magnet fixing grooves formed on the front surface so as to correspond to the permanent-magnet receiving holes of the second hub. The plurality of second permanent magnets are fixed in the respective fixing grooves of the second permanent-magnet installing member and arranged such that neighboring magnetic poles have different polarities and that the plurality of second permanent magnets have different polarities from the corresponding first permanent magnets, and when the plurality of second permanent magnets are inserted into the respective plurality of permanent-magnet receiving holes of the second hub, the plurality of second permanent magnets maintain constant intervals from the plurality of permanent-magnet receiving holes of the second hub. The second advance-and-retreat controlling member moves forward the second permanent-magnet installing member allowing the second permanent magnets, fixed in the fixing grooves of the second permanent-magnet installing member, to be inserted into the respective corresponding permanent-magnet receiving holes of the second hub and to maintain constant intervals.</p>
