The pump has a valve slide (10a,10b) which is provided on an adjusting rod (1la,11b). The valve spool is connected with a housing (13a,13b) through the connection point (12a,12b). The housing is provided with a passage (14a,14b). The seal (15a,15b) seals the actuating rod within the passage. The acting stop (16a,16b) is provided axially between the connection point and the seal, so that movement of the seal of the passage is limited. An independent claim is included for retrofit method for coolant pump. |
