An injection molding method according to the present invention which performs injection molding on a molten resin by being connected to a data processing means using the flow characteristics of the molten resin represented by a function about the time and the ram movement of an injection molding part. The injection molding method comprises: a step of calculating behavior characteristics pressurizing the molten resin according to the inputted flow characteristics; a step of driving the ram of the injection molding part according to the behavior characteristics of the calculated ram; a step of measuring the pressure of the molten resin charged in an inner space of a mold cavity; a step of comparing the measured pressure of the molten resin with calculated loaded pressure according to the behavior of the ram; a step of correcting the behavior characteristics of the ram in order to compensate pressure difference when the measured pressure of the molten resin is smaller than the calculated loaded pressure according to the behavior of the ram; and a step of driving the ram of the injection molding part according to the behavior characteristics of the collected ram. |
