PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of efficiently searching handwritten documents.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus generates a piece of first index information for searching plural regions included in plural handwritten documents and a peace of second index information for searching plural regions included in the plural handwritten documents. The electronic apparatus executes at least one of the followings, i.e.: a handwriting search in which handwritten documents which include handwritten portions corresponding to a search key are searched using the second index information and a feature quantity of the plural first strokes according to the likelihood of a character string of the plural first strokes as the search key; and a character string search in which handwritten documents which include handwritten portions corresponding to the search key are searched using the first index information and a piece of code information of a character string corresponding to the plural first strokes. |
