PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having favorable wearing texture and capable of preventing unnecessary leakage of humor to a diaper body in the absorbent article used, with it attached to the diaper body.SOLUTION: The absorbent article used, with it attached to a diaper body 2 includes gather sheets 104 each having a fold-back part 105a formed by folding it back outward the absorbent article 1. The gather sheet 104 has fixing parts (first fixing parts 106a) formed at both longitudinal ends thereof, where the fold-back part 105a and a fold-back facing part 105b facing the fold-back part 105a of the gather sheet 104 are fixed. When the absorbent article 1 is attached to the diaper body 2, a three-dimensional gather (a body-side three-dimensional gather 24b) provided in the diaper body 2 is disposed between the fold-back part 105a and the fold-back facing part 105b. |
