PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless power supply device for vehicle in which lowering in transmission efficiency due to positional deviation is suppressed, by performing wireless power transmission by an electric field resonance system.SOLUTION: In a wireless power supply device 100 for vehicle, a power transmission unit 110 including a power transmission circuit 111 for receiving power externally and outputting power of a predetermined frequency, and a power transmission coupler 112 for transmitting the power of the predetermined frequency inputted from the power transmission circuit 111 by wireless is provided on the ground surface 10, and a power reception unit 120 including a power reception coupler 122 for receiving the power of the predetermined frequency from the power transmission coupler 112 by wireless, and a power reception circuit 121 for receiving the power of the predetermined frequency from the power reception coupler 122 and converting it into DC power, is mounted on a vehicle 20.
