PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CMOS integrator in which error of output due to coupling noise is reduced by suppressing the coupling noise generated by switching an input signal with a switch, in a CMOS integrator formed of a transfer gate being turned on/off with a signal applied to the gate of a transistor, in which two input signals are connected with one end of a common resistor via switches different from each other, the other end of the resistor is inputted to the inverted input of an operational amplifier, thence connected with the output of the operational amplifier via a capacitor, and two switches are connected in parallel with an N channel MOS and a P channel MOS, respectively.SOLUTION: Dummy transfer gates SW4, SW5 being turned on/off with the inverted signals of signals SWIN1, SWIN2 being applied to two transfer gates SW2, SW3 are provided adjacently thereto, and one end of the dummy transfer gate is connected with one end of a resistor R1. |
