PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O solubilizable water-added fuel which can be produced in a single step in real time while operating a boiler, and can be supplied to the boiler.SOLUTION: The W/O solubilizable water-added fuel is made by adding an additive to A-type heavy oil and water, and mixing them. The additive comprises 1.8 L of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.2 L of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, and the additive is added to 14 L of A-type heavy oil and 4 L of water and then mixed and stirred to produce the W/O solubilizable water-added fuel. |
