PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate source and occurrence time of a diffusion matter with abnormal concentration.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: a setting unit for setting calculation conditions and a piece of observation information including a location of observation point, observation time and concentration of an observed matter emitted into the air for each observation point observing the diffusion matter; a calculation unit that combines a calculation result in which a seismic intensity of a first calculation model relevant to the center identification of an earthquake is applied with the concentration and a calculation result of a second calculation model for calculating the concentration of the matter corresponding to the location of the source assuming that the matter is emitted from a single source according to the calculation conditions based on the set observation information to calculate the location of the source and the time of the emission of the matter; and a display unit that displays the location of the calculated source and the occurrence time. |
