PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head that prevents clogging of a liquid channel and like, caused by hardening of an adhesive protruding into the channel, and a liquid jet apparatus.SOLUTION: In a liquid jet head, a channel formation substrate made of single crystal silicon having a crystal face orientation [110] surface is bonded to a nozzle plate with an adhesive. A communication part is formed in the channel formation substrate. A notch is formed at an end, on the side of a surface adhering to the nozzle plate, of the communication part. At least one surface of the notch has a crystal face orientation [111] surface. |
