<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power failure section determining system enabling the determination of a power failure section, when a power failure accident due to a distribution line occurs.SOLUTION: A management device 10 transmits a transmission instruction for instructing the output of an accident point survey signal to optional smart meters in an accident section, when receiving an accident occurring notice from a power distribution automatizing system 30. The smart meter transmits the accident point survey signal to an electric wire in a power failure section when receiving the transmission instruction. On the other hand, the smart meter transmits a receiving notice indicating reception, when receiving the accident point survey signal. The management device 10 extracts smart meters which are smart meters in the accident section and have not transmitted the receiving notice when receiving the receiving notice from the smart meters after transmitting the transmission instruction, and transmits the transmission instruction to one of the extracted smart meters again. Therefore, the management device 10 determines an accident point on the basis of an installation position of the smart meter which has transmitted the receiving notice after re-transmission of the transmission instruction.</p> |
