<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of stably forming images even in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: A developing device 2 includes a core material 10, and a brush part 12 that is formed of conductive short fibers 11 being implanted on a peripheral surface of the core material 10, and the brush part 12 includes a brush roller 1 that carries toner. The conductive short fibers 11 are formed by coating non-conductive fibers with a copper compound, and the brush part 12 is made to have a water content of 5% or less.</p> |
