[Problem] To detect, without being dependent on location information, that a user is staying in a place. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device, comprising: a wireless station information acquisition unit which acquires information which denotes wireless stations whereto a terminal device is capable of communication; a clustering unit which, on the basis of a time whereupon the wireless base stations are capable of communication to the terminal device, clusters the wireless stations and generates a wireless station cluster; and a stay detection unit which detects, as a state wherein the terminal device is staying in a site corresponding to the wireless station cluster, a state of the terminal device being capable of communication to the wireless station included within the wireless station cluster. |
