The damper (1) has a hub (2) rotationally fixed to crankshaft of engine and connected to pulley (6), decoupling element (7) and torsional vibration damper element (11). The damper element is provided with flywheel ring (9) that is connected to elastic torsion element (10). The torsion element and decoupling element are made to overlap 25% of first width (22) of decoupling element in their axial extension. The flywheel ring mounted in the oil in hollow portion of damper element and decoupling element, are made to overlap 25% of first width (22) in their axial extension.
