The present invention relates to: a lottery redrawing system for giving a another chance to win by redrawing from non-winning lottery tickets among sold lottery tickets, and paying prize money, free gifts or points with profits from Internet homepage advertisements; and a method therefor. The lottery redrawing system comprises: a lottery server for redrawing from the non-winning lottery tickets; a database server coupled with the lottery server; a user terminal connected to the lottery server via a wired or wireless network so as to use the lottery redrawing for non-winning numbers of lottery tickets; a lottery company server for receiving lottery drawing information from a lottery company at every drawing date; and an affiliated company server for providing advertisements or related goods, wherein the lottery server pays another winning prize money according to the profits of the advertisements through the user terminal. Since prize money, free gifts or points are paid for with advertisement profits after redrawing from non-winning lottery tickets, the efficiency of the Internet homepage advertisement can be maximized. |
