A method for verifying alignment for attachment of displays calculates first base material location information of a first base material and second base material location information of a second base material before the first base material and the second base material are attached; calculates the first attached location information of the first base material and the second attached location information of the second base material after the first base material and the second base material are attached; calculates deviation caused by base materials based on the first base material location information, the second base material location information, the first attached location information, and the second attached location information; and calculates deviation caused by processes based on first abnormal location information, second abnormal location information, the first attached location information, and the second attached location information, wherein the first abnormal location information and the second abnormal location information are calculated on condition that there is no deviation or an error on the sizes of the first base material and the second base material. Based on the deviation caused by the materials and the deviation caused by the processes, a correction factor can be deduced. |
