PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle driving mechanism simplified in its structure which reduces X-ray dose and improves accuracy in image position determination through preventing sagging and deformation, table, and patient imaging and carrier device.SOLUTION: The cradle driving mechanism includes: a first part structured on a main base having a belt driving structure connected to the cradle to be used for driving the cradle to perform reciprocating-motion; a second part structured on an auxiliary base having auxiliary support and rotary members to be used for supporting the cradle while a space is formed between the second part and the first part; and two guides and rotary members structured on the second part and/or the first part for guiding the cradle to linearly move.
