PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood water draining treatment system of a continuous method in which blood water draining treatment can be performed by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A blood water draining treatment system includes: a precipitation tank 10 in which a coagulant is added, and a blood component is precipitated to be separated to a precipitating part and an upper draining part; a microbubble treatment tank 20 that includes a microbubble generator 29 connected to a downstream of the precipitation tank in which the upper draining water is subjected to a foam separation to make separated water; an ozone oxidation treatment tank 30 that includes an ozone generator 70 connected to the microbubble treatment tank in which the separated water is subjected to an oxidation treatment to make disinfection water; and a filter tank 40 that includes a fibrous filter or active carbon filter 43 connected to the ozone oxidation treatment tank and treating the disinfection water in which the disinfection water is treated by the active carbon to make recycled water. The blood water draining treatment system is characterized in that the microbubble treatment tank 20 is provided with a first circulation pump 29 in which water in the treatment tank is circulated, and the ozone oxidation treatment tank 30 is provided with a second circulation pump 39 in which water in the treatment tank is circulated.
