PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which has simple structure without using a drive part for a table, an antenna and a phase shifter, and which can concentrate a microwave locally to a heating object placed over a wide range, or a heating object placed at an arbitrary location such as a heating object placed at the center of a heating chamber, and thereby efficiently heating the heating object.SOLUTION: The microwave heating device includes a plurality of microwave radiation parts 102 in a transmission direction 204. Waveguide means 201 has such a configuration that electric field-direction lengths 301 of the waveguide means 201 are different immediately under the plurality of microwave radiation parts. By employing this configuration, an electric field intensity immediately under the microwave radiation parts 102 can be changed, and thereby, a microwave amount emitted from each microwave radiation part to a heating chamber 103 can be changed. Thus, electromagnetic field distribution that gives local microwave concentration can be achieved by simple configuration, and high-efficiency microwave heating can be achieved to a heating object placed at an arbitrary location in the heating chamber 103. |
