<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for specifying a cause for an error and registering the error in an error history in the case where the error occurs when a built-in RTC reads date data from an outer-equipped RTC.SOLUTION: A game machine comprises: a main control part for executing a processing on the advance of a game; a display for displaying predetermined information; a storage part having a game data storage area for storing game data on the progress of the game, and an error information history storage area for storing error information; a timing built-in RTC and a built-out RTC; a battery for supplying an electric power to the built-out RTC; and an auxiliary control part responding to a command outputted from the main control part for controlling the performance in accordance with the advancement of the game. The auxiliary control part sets the data/time data of the built-out RTC as an initial set value at a power activation time and reads status information from the built-out RTC. When the auxiliary control part determines that the status information indicates abnormality, it stores this situation as error information in the error information history storage area.</p> |
