PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber bush which has a simple structure and has non-linear spring characteristics. ! SOLUTION: In a rubber bush R1, a rubber elastic body 3 is interposed between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2, and a stopper plate 4 fixed to the inner cylinder 1 abuts on a one-side face of the rubber elastic body 3. A plurality of holes 40a, 40b different in size are formed at the stopper plate 4, the rubber elastic body 3 receives a load P1 in a direction in which the rubber elastic body is pressed against the stopper plate 4, and in the case when the compression load P1 varies, there arise a state that a part of the rubber elastic body is retreated to only the hole 40a larger in size out of a plurality of the holes 40a, 40b, and a state that a part of the rubber elastic body is retreated also to the hole 40b smaller in size in addition to the hole 40a. !
