The objective of the present invention is to provide: a light diffraction layer laminated sheet which enables easy production of a card that has a light diffraction structure; a method for producing a light diffraction layer laminated sheet; and a method for producing a card. A hologram laminated sheet material (20A) which forms a part of a laminated structure of a card by being laminated on top of a card base material (10). This hologram laminated sheet material (20A) is provided with: a hologram layer (22); an upper transparent sheet layer (30) that has a contour larger than the contour of the hologram layer (22) and is laminated on one surface, which is the upper surface, of the hologram layer (22); a lower transparent sheet layer (15) that has a contour larger than the contour of the hologram layer (22) and is laminated on the other surface, which is the lower surface, of the hologram layer (22); and adhesive layers (21, 23) which are used for interlayer bonding between the upper transparent sheet layer (30) and the hologram layer (22) and/or interlayer bonding between the lower transparent sheet layer (15) and the hologram layer (22).
