<p>The present invention pertains to a superconducting magnetic shielding device that can achieve high magnetic shielding even if a tape-shaped superconducting wire rod is used, and that has: a first axial-direction magnetic shielding having a first axial-direction superconducting material resulting from a tape-shaped superconducting material being formed into a ring shape; a second axial-direction magnetic shielding having a second axial-direction superconducting material resulting from a tape-shaped superconducting material being formed into a ring shape and disposed in a manner so as to encircle the outer periphery of the first axial-direction superconducting material; a transverse-direction magnetic shielding that is disposed perpendicular or inclined with respect to the axial direction of the first axial-direction magnetic shielding and second axial-direction magnetic shielding and that has a transverse-direction superconducting material that is electrically connected to the first axial-direction magnetic shielding and second axial-direction magnetic shielding; and a support body that supports the first axial-direction magnetic shielding, second axial-direction magnetic shielding, and transverse-direction magnetic shielding. The configuration is such that the position of the end of the first axial-direction superconducting material and the position of the end of the second axial-direction superconducting material are caused to be different, and the outer peripheral surface of the first axial-direction superconducting material and the inner peripheral surface of the second axial-direction superconducting material are coupled by a conductive coupling material.</p> |
