Disclosed is an organic light emitting device which comprises: a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate; a second electrode opposite to the first electrode; a light emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a hole transport region located between the first electrode and the light emitting layer; and an electron transport region located between the light emitting layer and the second electrode, wherein the hole transport region comprises a first compound represented by following chemical formula 1, and the light emitting layer comprises a second compound represented by following chemical formula 100.
