<p>The present invention relates to a method for managing joint workloads. Disclosed are a system for calculating joint workloads for outfits which calculates man-hour required for installing pipes of a ship, and a method for the same. The system for calculating joint workloads of a ship in the present invention comprises a CAD system for inputting and storing attributes of each member forming the ship and geometry information when the ship is designed in a 3D or 2D form using a computer; a joint workload system for automatically calculating and computing quantities of joint members required for a joint operation after the attributes for members forming the ship and the geometry information from a CAD file generated from an AM CAD system (1); a product lifecycle management (PLM) system for managing the attribute information of the joint members calculated in the joint workload system by parts and quantities, and for managing updated items of information generated in the joint workload system and the life cycles of the parts; and an ERP system for performing general management by managing joint workload information composed of part and quantity information of joint members received from the PLM system and relating information on the lifecycles to sales, purchase, and production information.</p> |
