ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CENTER DEVICE AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deviation in the reduction of power consumption among consumers.SOLUTION: An energy management system is applicable to a community in the form of distributing power received collectively to a plurality of consumers. The energy management system comprises: an acquisition unit; a calculation unit; and a control unit. The acquisition unit acquires a demand response signal for urging reduction of power consumption to the community. The calculation unit calculates the order of reducing power consumption in responce to the demand response signal, for each consumer, based on the information obtained from the demand response signal. The control unit controls energy consumption of the consumer based on the order.
