PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve space saving of the means of regulating the opening and closing of a lid.SOLUTION: Lock means 45 of holding a lid 16 at an opening position is arranged in the lid 16. In the body part 12, there is provided regulation means 30 of regulating the movement of the lid 16 at the closing position in the opening direction by changing from a retreat attitude in which the regulation means 30 retreats from a movement path for the lid 16 to a regulation attitude in which the regulation means protrudes on the front side of the opening direction of the lid 16 when an inertial force in the opening direction toward the opening position of the lid 16 acts on the lid 16. In the regulation means 30, there is formed an engagement concave part 42 to be hooked with a lock shaft 47 of the lock means 45, with the lid 16 at the opening position. A guide part 40 for guiding the lock shaft 47 is provided so that the lock means 45 is engaged in and unengaged from the engagement concave part 42. |
